Reform are recruiting. We are looking for someone with secretarial and administrative skills to join our office team based in the Shepherds Business Park on the Norwich Road in Lenwade. Here are the details: 


  • Hours of Work: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary:  Negotiable depending upon the candidate’s experience


As a secretary tasked with administration, your overall responsibility will be to work with the team and to maintain a pleasant work environment. We’ll need your help to ensure the smooth running of the office and the day-to-day operation of the business.


Reform Flooring Showroom

Key Duties will include:

  • Answering telephone
  • Filing
  • Arranging and sorting samples
  • Arranging appointments
  • Sorting job sheets & ordering materials
  • Providing admin support
  • Social Media management
  • Keeping the office clean and tidy


Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience with Microsoft software (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Good time management skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills
  • Most of all – a bright, friendly and positive attitude
