A Christmas Message from Reform Flooring

Posted on: 15th December 2016

Before 2016 comes to an end, we would like to take the opportunity to look back over the year and wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

Our Christmas Opening Times

Our office and showroom will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 22nd December 2016. We will reopen again in the New Year at 7.30am on Tuesday 3rd January 2017.

Our 2016

2016 has been yet another award-winning year for Reform Flooring. We were awarded two ‘Perfect Delivery’ certificates by Morgan Sindall for our work as their subcontractor at both RAF Mildenhall and Great Yarmouth College. Morgan Sindall awarded us ‘Perfect Delivery’ after deciding that we had met their five Customer Commitments: the product was delivered safe, on time and snag free to a delighted customer who would recommend us. The team were thrilled to see our passion for excellent service being recognised.

Our achievements didn’t stop there. In March, Reform Flooring won the Gold Award at Recofloor’s fifth annual awards. The certificate was given in recognition of our commitment to the vinyl take-back scheme, which saw us collect over 10 tonnes of waste vinyl flooring in 2015 – more than one tonne per fitter – preventing it from ending up on landfill sites. Our commitment to sustainability has long been important to us, and we will continue our work in 2017.

Of course, it isn’t just our awards that we are proud of. This year, we renewed our Norfolk Trusted Trader membership for the sixth year running: a symbol of our reliable and trustworthy service. Being a Norfolk Trusted Trader means being regulated by ongoing checks and customer feedback – and 100% of our customers who have reviewed us through the scheme over the past six years would recommend us. Our reputation and long list of happy customers is something we are incredibly proud of.

We were also pleased to do our bit for a local charity this year, donating a number of carpet tiles to the Norfolk Lowland Search and Rescue (NorLSAR) for their new water rescue base in Wroxham. The charity work to find missing people and carry out rescues, and in the past few weeks their team has been tirelessly searching for RAF serviceman Corrie McKeague. They will be continuing to work over Christmas, and we wish them all the best. If you want to find out more about this fantastic charity and how you can help, visit their website.

Looking back over the past year, Reform Flooring has a lot to be proud of – and it’s all thanks to the dedication and hard work of our staff and the continued support of our customers, suppliers and contractors. We would like to thank you and wish you all a peaceful Christmas and a prosperous New Year. We look forward to working with you in 2017.
