Reform Flooring Awarded Second Perfect Delivery Certificate of 2016!

When it comes to construction infrastructure, Morgan Sindall is one of the biggest names in the region. They oversee huge development projects and of course they expect the highest standards from their subcontractors. In order to achieve a Perfect Delivery certificate, a subcontractor’s work must be judged by the client to have met Morgan Sindall’s five Customer Commitments: a product must be delivered and installed in a safe way, on time and snag free to a delighted customer that would recommend the company. At Reform Flooring, we’ve just been awarded our second Perfect Delivery certificate within a few months.

The Job

Great Yarmouth College has been undergoing a multimillion pound refurbishment. Our contract was to provide the flooring for their new Learning Street. It was a big job. We prepared 1500 square metres with latex subflooring. The classrooms and offices were then tiled with durable carpet tiles, while the toilets and corridors were finished with safety vinyl. We added a final 30 square metres of matting at the entrances.

Achieving Perfect Delivery

Great Yarmouth College were extremely satisfied with our delivery and installation of their new flooring. They signed us off on all five of Morgan Sindall’s Customer Commitments, awarding us our second Perfect Delivery certificate in 2016! 

Project Manager Stephen Randall said:

“I am delighted to inform you that Great Yarmouth College - The Learning Street has been signed off, by all parties involved, on all five of our Customer Commitments and it has achieved perfect delivery. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your members of staff who played an active role in the delivery of this project.”

In February, we achieved Perfect Delivery for our work on a building annex owned by RAF Mildenhall. We’re delighted with both accolades and look forward to working with Morgan Sindall on any future infrastructure projects they have planned in the region.
